Shizi
Shizi (噬子 Shìzi) is a lazy latex fox found in the Library after the Kade chase sequence. They are located in two rooms southwest and southeast of the room Colin first meets Puro.
Appearances
When encountered, Shizi is initially found sleeping. If Colin makes noise by stepping on the light latex patch on the ground or gets too close, Shizi will wake up and pursue him. This behavior is also used by the Headless Knight.
However, in the southeast room from where Puro is, Colin must step on the latex patch twice to wake it up and reveal an opening in the poster.
Shizi appears a second time sleeping in the Gallery, with DragonSnow taking a nap on top.
Trivia
- Shizi is a based upon the fursona of the identically named Shizi, soundtrack composer of Changed.
- Shizi has an unused sleeping frame likely meant for the breathing animation.
- It is heavily reminiscent of the Huli Jing of Japanese folklore.
- Because it was raised by Puro, it will not attack Colin while in presence of the former.
- According to a Photoset, Shizi could have been one of the CEOs of Thunder Science before being transfurred.
- His prototype is from bilibili“噬子有一层糯米外皮” All the music in the game comes from him.
